London, UK – London based punks Burnt Tapes have announced their sophomore album ‘New Lungs’ out August 8th on Wiretap Records / Lockjaw Records and Nasty Cut Records.The second single from the new album, “You Only YOLO Once,” is now streaming everywhere. That party song was “You only YOLO once”, a play on the old cliche to live each day to the max but also your brain can really fuck you up sometimes”+++About Burnt TapesThe Burnt Tapes career is a testament to perseverance and dedication. Since the early days as teenagers jamming in the basements of Athens, Greece, the Burnt Tapes have shown their strength as rough-and-tumble storytellers, turning out songs equally rooted in frenetic energy and lifelike details of sadness, regret, nostalgia and mental health.
